  • Where can you ship my order?
    We can ship to any address in South Africa. We unfortunately do not ship overseas at the current moment, due to excessive shipment charges and the difficulty of servicing warranty outside of the South Africa. Credit/Debit card payments items will only be shipped to card billing address. For other payment methods such as bank transfers, bank deposits etc we ship to any South Africa address provided by the customer.
  • Where are you situated, and do you have a retail store?
    Global Connections Technology (Pty) Ltd is based in Johannesburg, Gauteng. We currently only operate as an online store.
  • What is your Return Policy?
    You can exchange or return almost anything within 14 days of your purchase, just make sure that it's in original condition and remember to include the original packaging. If you'd like your money back, we can arrange that too - just read our Returns Policy. Copyright laws say that we can't accept returns of licensed software, unless they're defective of course. In certain cases, a handling fee may be charged to get your product back to us.
  • Why is my credit card payment not going through?
    Check that the card number, card name and expiry date is entered exactly as it is on the front of your card. Check that your 3 digit CVV/CVC number on the back of the card is also entered correctly.
